MicroPlex热能电解弹簧圈超早期栓塞颅内破裂动脉瘤（21例报告）

[目的]总结应用MicroPlex热能电解弹簧圈超早期（24 h内）血管内治疗破裂颅内动脉瘤的经验,探讨微弹簧圈栓塞颅内动脉瘤的技巧、效果及相关并发症的防治.[方法]回顾性分析本科21例microPlex热能电解弹簧圈栓塞患者的临床资料.[结果]术后随访6个月至2 年均无复发,无再次蛛网膜下腔出血.15个动脉瘤100%栓塞,4个动脉瘤95%栓塞,2个动脉瘤90%栓塞.[结论]MicroPlex热能电解弹簧圈超早期栓塞颅内破裂动脉瘤是一种安全、高效的治疗手段.

Clinical Analysis of Microplex-electrolytic Ultra-heat Coil Embolization of Ruptured Intracranial Aneurysms in Super Early Stage

[Objective] To summarize the experience of endovascular treatment of ruptured intracranial aneurysms in super early stage（within 24h） by Mieroplex-eleetrolytic ultra-heat coil, and to discuss the skills, effect and the prevention and control of related complications. [Methods] The clinical data of 21 cases undergoing Microplex-electrolytic ultra-heat coil embolization in our department were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] All patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years. There was no recurrence and subarachnoid hemorrhage again. All aneurysms were successfully embolized by the endovascular procedure with a complete occlusion in 15 aneurysms, 95% occlusion in 4, and 90% occlusion in 2. [Conclusion] Electrolytic-electrolytic ultra-heat coil embolization of ruptured intracranial aneurysms in super early stage is safe and effective.
