| 摘 要： | 目的对翻白草醇提取物中的总黄酮、总三萜化合物,建立含量测定方法。方法采用分光光度法,对翻白草醇提取物中的总黄酮和总三萜化合物进行了含量测定研究。结果总黄酮含量测定线性范围为0.3664～1.832mg,平均回收率为100.39%;总三萜含量测定线性范围为0.0244～0.0976mg,平均回收率为99.61%。结论所建立的方法,对翻白草醇提取物质量控制提供简洁、科学方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method of determination for total flavonoids and triterpenoids compound in Discolor Cinquefoil Herb. METHODS Quantitaty of total flavonoids and triterpenoids compound in Discolor Cinquefoil Herb were studied by Visible Spectrophotometry. RESULTS Total flavonoids showed a linear relationship at the range of 0. 3664 1. 832mg. The average recovery was 100.39%. Total triterpenoids showed a linear relationship at the range of 0. 0244 0. 0976mg. The average recovery was 99.61%. CONCLUSION The method was simple and scientific for quality eontroling of extraction Discolor Cinquefoil Herb. |
