硫辛酸对糖尿病心脏自主神经病变患者心率变异性的影响

目的应用动态心电图评价硫辛酸对糖尿病心脏自主神经病变患者心率变异性的影响。方法106例糖尿病合并心脏自主神经病变患者，随机分为治疗组（n=56）和对照组（n=50），治疗组患者给予硫辛酸600mg静脉滴注，每天1次，总疗程3周；对照组仅给予通常的降糖、降压等治疗；运用动态心电图检测所有患者在治疗前后心率变异性指标的变化。结果治疗组心率变异性各项指标在用硫辛酸治疗3周后较治疗前有显著提高，与对照组比较有显著意义（P〈O．01）。结论硫辛酸可以改善糖尿病患者心率变异性，治疗糖尿病心脏自主神经病变有效。

Effect of lipoic acid on heart rate variability in diabetic patients with cardiac autonmic neuropathy

Objective To evaluate the effect of lipoic acid on heart rate variability （HRV） in diabetes with cardiac autonmie neuropathy with 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram. Methods 106 cases of diabetes with cardiac autonmic neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group （n= 56） and the control group （n= 50）. The patients in the treatment group were assigned to receive lipoic acid 600mg intravenouslly guttae qd for three weeks. The change of the heart rate variability （HRV） parameters of all patients was detected using 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram. Results In the treatment group, HRV parameters had a significant improvement three weeks after receiving treatment as against before treatment, and there were significances as compared with control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Lipoic acid is effective for cardiac autonomic neuropathy in patients with diabetes and it can improve patients＇ HRV.
