进一步加强医院财政项目预算管理的探索

医院财政项目预算管理是医院预算管理的重要组成部分,是反映医院财政项目管理和政府采购工作水平高低的重要指标之一。如何进一步深化预算管理制度改革,实现预算管理的科学化、精细化,从而达到加强医院财政项目预算管理的目的,已成为医院管理者不容忽视的重要课题。文章分析了当前医院财政项目预算中存在的一些问题,并结合我院项目预算管理工作实践提出了若干建议和对策。

Exploration of Further Strengthening Budget Management in Hospital's Fiscal Programs

As an important part of hospital’s budget management,fiscal program’s budget management is one important indicator of the level of fiscal program management and government procurement.It has become an important issue,which can not be ignored for hospital administrators,including how to further deepen the reform of budget management system and realize scientific and Meticulous,thus attain the expected purpose of strengthening budget management in hospital’s fiscal programs.The paper analyzed some existing problems of fiscal programs budget management in the current hospital and put forward several management recommendations and strategies combined with practical work.
