| 摘 要： | 目的:分析广西乡村两级卫生人力资源数据,发现问题,并提出建议。方法:结合《2010年广西统计年鉴》和《2010年中国卫生统计年鉴》中的相关数据,利用SPSS软件进行分析。结果:广西农村卫生人员严重匮乏,乡村医生和卫生员逐年减少,但乡镇卫生院医护比逐年增加。结论:广西需要采取积极措施,吸引、留住农村地区的卫生人员。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze health human resources situation in the town and countryside of Guangxi,to find the problems,and to put forward some suggestions.Methods: Based on the related data on 2010 Guangxi Statistical Yearbook and 2010 China Health Statistical Yearbook,and using SPSS software for analysis.Results: Health personnel in Guangxi rural areas are in lackness,in which rural doctors reduced year by year,but the ratio for doctor and nurse increased year by year.Conclusion: Guangxi need to take active measures to attract and retain health personnel in rural areas. |
