安徽省某市乡镇卫生院2001—2010年收支变化趋势分析

目的:了解某市乡镇卫生院收支结构及变化趋势。方法:采用Excel调查表,由市卫生局统一要求辖区内全部卫生院填报近10年收支数据。结果:159所卫生院提供了完整的报表。扣除物价上涨,近10年院均总收入、药品收入、医疗收入及财政补助年均增长率分别为16.39%、14.63%、15.54%及43.01%;总支出、药品及医疗支出年均增长率分别为17.11%、14.03%及18.64%;同期就诊人次年均增长5.79%。结论:该市卫生院近十年收支基本平衡且逐年增长,幅度高于物价、当地GDP及就诊人次增长。

Analysis on 2001-2010 variation trend of the account of receipts and payments in the township health centers of one city in Anhui province

Objective:To acquire the composition and variation trend of the account of receipts and payments in the township health centers of one city.Method:All the township health centers were asked to fill in an Excel questionnaire with the data of account of receipts and payments last decade by the municipal public health bearer.Results:Complete forms of 159 township health centers had been collected.Taken off the price inflation last decade,the average total incomes,medicine incomes,medical treatment incomes and financial aid have increased by 16.39%,14.63%,15.54%and 43.01%each year;the total payments,medicine and treatment payments have increased by 17.11%,14.03%and 18.64%;the number of visiting patients in same period has increased by 5.79%yearly. Condnsion:Last decade,the account of receipts and payments of township health centers of this city was in balance and increased yearly with a higher rate compared with price inflation,local GDP and visiting patients increasing rates.
