| 摘 要： | 国有资产管理是医院管理的重要内容,本文从国有资产形态这个全新的视角提出了建立公立医院国有资产管理模式。首先阐述了国有资产实物形态和价值形态的关系,指出目前公立医院国有资产管理存在的问题,通过对公立医院国有资产管理的两个形态目标,阐述了发展的公立医院国有资产管理科学模式。 |

| Abstract: | The state-owned asset management is the important part of hospital management.The establishment of a public hospital management mode of state-owned assets is proposed from the new angle of view of state-owned asset configuration.Firstly,the relationship between state-owned asset to the physical form and the value of morphological is elaborated.Problems of state-owned assets management of public hospitals are pointed out.According to the goal of the two levels,state-owned asset are discussed,and the scientific development of public hospital management modes are established for state-owned assets |
