江西基层基本药物流通现状调研

方法:运用分层随机抽样法,于2011年5月对江西省40个县进行基层医疗机构和药品经营企业基本药物流通的现场调查,并将采集数据录入Excel进行统计分析。结论:总体情况较好,表现为农村药品监督网络健全,实现药品信息化管理程度高,建立多部门的监管协作机制。问题:有过期失效药品,未按要求配备技术人员,药品储存不规范;基层医疗机构规范药房建设不平衡;药监部门电子监管发挥作用不够,执法能力有待提高。建议:完善企业诚信评定体系,提升监管部门监管能力,加大各部门间的协作,强化规范药房建设。

The research of essential drug in distribution of Jiangxi grass roots

Methods:Through using stratified random sampling method,40 counties in Jiangxi Province of primary health care institutions and pharmaceutical enterprises of essential medicines in distribution on-site investigation in May,2011 are investigated onsite.And data collection and data entry Excel for statistical analysis are done.Conclusion:The situation is better,with the perfect supervision network of rural medicine,a high degree of drug information management and multi-sectoral regulatory cooperation mechanism.Problem:Expired drugs,not seeking equipped with technical staff,unstandardized drug store;primary health care sectorstandard pharmacybuilding imbalance,pharmaceutical sector to play a role in electronic monitoring is not enough,and law enforcement capabilities to be improved are all the problems.Suggestion:Corporate integrity assessment system should be improved to enhance the capacity of regulatory supervision,and collaboration among various departments be increased to strengthen the standard pharmacybuilding.
