从肝论治冠心病心绞痛

冠心病心绞痛属于中医心痛范畴。西医治疗主要是改善冠状动脉血供和降低心肌耗氧,但作用短暂,易复发,预后差。中医认为＂气滞血瘀＂是冠心病心绞痛病机关键,其发病与肝的关系尤为密切。本文在疏肝活血治则的指导下,论述柴胡疏肝散合丹参饮治疗冠心病心绞痛的理论基础及临床运用,认为＂心病肝治＂有着重要的临床意义。

Disscussion on Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease from Liver

Coronary heart disease angina pectoris belongs to the category of obstruction of heartache in traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）. The western medical treatment for it primarily aims at improving the coronary blood supply and reducing the myocardial oxygen consumption。However this treatment can＇t reach a far effect,along with vulnerable recurrence and badly prognosis. The TCM considers that ＂ Qi- stagnation and blood stasis＂ is the key pathogenesis of Coronary heart disease angina pectoris,it has close relationship with liver disease. In this paper,We try to explore the theoretical basis and clinical applications of ＂ Chaihu Shugan Powder and Danshen Decoction＂ under the guidance of ＂ shu gan huo xue＂. Heart disease from the liver treatment has important clinical significance.
