临床路径管理在儿科疾病中的应用效果研究

目的 探讨临床路径管理在儿科疾病中的应用效果。方 法比较支气管肺炎和新生儿吸入综合征的临床路径组和对照组，对照组采用传统的医疗护理方法，临床路径组按临床路径实施诊疗，对比两组平均住院日、平均住院费用等的差异。结果 与对照组比较，临床路径组患儿住院日明显缩短，住院费用明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在保证医疗质量的前提下，在儿科疾病诊疗中应用临床路径，可明显缩短住院时间，降低住院费用。

Effect Research of Clinical Pathway in Management of Pediatrics Disease

Objective To study the effect of the implementation of clinical pathway in management of pediatrics disease. Methods To compare the clinical pathway group and control group of bronchial pneumonia and the newborn aspiration syndrome. In the control group, cases were diagnosed and treated with a traditional way, while the clinical pathway group were diagnosed and treated according to clinical pathway. The average length of stay and the average proportion of hospital fees of the two groups were compared. Results The average hospitalization duration was shortened, the hospitalization costs were reduced in the clinical pathway group compared with the control group （P＆lt;0.05） . Conclusion The application of the clinical pathway in the pediatrics disease can significantly shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the cost of hospitalization.
