北京市社区卫生服务机构全科医生培训现状与需求调查

目的：了解北京市社区卫生服务机构全科医生培训现状和培训需求,为进一步完善我市相关培训提供依据。方法通过问卷调查对北京市所有社区卫生服务机构全科医生进行调查。结果①北京市社区卫生服务机构全科医生学历以专科以上为主占84.72%,职称以初级和中级为主。②61.4%的全科医生接受过不同形式的全科医学培训。③95.54%的医务人员有不同程度的进修意愿,91.65%的社区卫生服务机构愿意派医务人员参加培训。结论社区卫生服务机构及其全科岗位医务人员具有较强的培训需求,但培训内容与形式需要进一步完善,建议今后要深入做好岗位和个人培训需求调查,完善培训内容,同时多采用短期实践培训的方式。

Study on training status and needs of general practitioner in Community Health Service Institutions in Beijing

Objective To learn the training status and needs of general practitioner post in Beijing to provide the references for the improvement of relevant training strategies. Methods A questionnaire for general practitioners was conducted among all community health service institutions. Results ①84.72%of general practitioners received education of 3-5-year post-highschool program. 78.11%of them were under senior-level title in professional positions. Most of general practitioners had no practicing certificate of general practitioner. ② 61.4%of general practitioners participated in the general practice training.③95.54%of general practitioners were willing to take part in training. 91.65%of community health service institutions were willing to sent medical professionals for training. Conclusion The demand for training among medical professionals is strong, but content and form of training need to be improved. It is recommended to make a intensive research about training demand of job and individual,and more short-term practices should be adopted.
