妊娠晚期常规心电图ST-T改变及临床意义

目的：探讨妊娠晚期孕妇常规心电图ST-T改变特点及临床意义。方法分析2011年6月～2013年6月在我院进行心电图检查的231例妊娠晚期女性，将同期同龄230例健康体检妇女作为对照组，比较两组常规心电图ST-T改变的发生率。结果妊娠晚期孕妇常规心电图ST-T改变发生率及健康体检妇女人群的改变发生率分别为16.8%、5.2%，两者发生率比较有显著性差异（χ2=15.941，P=0.000＜0.05）。结论大多数妊娠晚期孕妇ST-T改变为生理性的，妊娠结束后多数能恢复正常。

The Characteristics and Clinical Significance of Electrocardiogram ST-T Changes in Late Pregnant Women

Objective To explore the characteristics and clinical signiifcance of electrocardiogram ST-T change in late pregnant women. Method 231 cases of late pregnancy women from 2011 June to 2013 June in our hospital were selected and examined by electrocardiogram as the observation group. 230 cases of the same age healthy women at same time served as control group. The incidences of two groups of routine ECG ST-T changes were compared. Result The rate of pregnant women in late pregnancy routine electrocardiogram ST-T changes was 16.8% and that of healthy women was 5.2%. There was significant difference between two groups（χ2=15.941, P=0.000〈0.05）. Conclusions Electrocardiogram ST-T changes in late pregnant women are mostly physiological and can recover to normal after pregnancy usually.
