| 摘 要： | 目的：研究蒺藜总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法：以26-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-（25R）-5α-呋甾烷-20（22）-烯-2α,3β,26-三醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-（1→4）-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷为对照品（简称化合物Ⅱ对照品）,建立紫外可见分光光度法测定蒺藜总皂苷的含量,显色试剂为E试剂和硫酸乙醇溶液,测定波长为520nm。结果：在0.06-0.2mg的范围内对照品量与吸收值之间有良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=3.48X-0.13,相关系数r=0.9992（n=5）,平均回收率为97.28%,RSD为1.5%（n=5）。结论：以蒺藜中单体成分化合物Ⅱ为对照品进行含量测定,方法可控,重现性好,结果准确,可用于本品质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the method for total saponins content determination of Tribulus terrestris L. crude extract. Methods： The total saponins was colored with chromogenic agent E reagent and sulfuric acid ethanol solution and determined by UV spectrophotometry at 520nm with a standard substance named 26- O- β- D- glucopyranosyl-（ 25R）- 5α- furostan- 20（ 22）- en- 2α, 3β,26- triol- 3- O- β- D- glucopyranosyl-（ 1→4）- β- D- galactopyranoside（ referred to as the compound Ⅱ control）. Results： Diosgenin had good linear relationship in 0. 06 - 0. 2mg,the regression equation was Y = 3. 48X- 0. 13,r = 0. 9992,average recovery was 97. 28%,RSD = 1. 5%（ n = 5）. Conclusion： The method is controllable,reproducible,with a high accurate rate and can be used to control quality. |
