秦氏循经敷贴对实验性哮喘豚鼠的作用

目的：探讨中药秦氏循经敷贴对哮喘豚鼠的作用。方法：30只健康豚鼠随机分为空白对照组（A组）、哮喘模型组（B组）和秦氏循经敷贴组（C组）,每组10只。以鸡卵蛋白攻击致敏。C组敷贴秦氏循经敷贴;B组敷贴含生理盐水的医用纱布。于末次敷药后检测豚鼠外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比、中性粒细胞百分比和白细胞总数,肺组织和支气管HE染色后观察病理改变。结果：与A组相比,B组外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比显著升高（P〈0.05）,C组较B组显著降低（P〈0.05）;中性粒细胞百分比和白细胞总数3组间无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。B组肺组织大量炎症细胞浸润,部分肺泡腔阻塞、实变,肺泡间隔明显增宽,支气管管壁血管扩张、管壁增厚;C组炎症细胞浸润较少,肺泡充气,无间隔增宽;A组炎症细胞浸润程度较轻,无支气管壁增厚。结论：秦氏循经敷贴能改善实验性哮喘豚鼠的肺及支气管的炎症反应,减少外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比,对哮喘豚鼠具有治疗作用。

Effect of Qinshixunjing patch on experimental asthma in guinea pigs

Objective：To investigate the effect of Qinshixunjing patch on experimental asthma in guinea pigs.Methods：Thirty guinea pigs were randomly divided into normal control group（group A）,asthma model group（group B） and Qinshixunjing patch group（group C）,10 in each group.The asthmatic models were established by ovalbumin sensitizing and challenging method.The guinea pigs in group C were treated with external application of Qinshixunjing patch.The guinea pigs in group B were treated with gauze patch containing saline.The total white blood cell count,the percentage of eosinophils and neutrophils in peripheral blood were calculated after application of test patch.The lung tissues and bronchi were stained with hematoxylin-eosin（HE） to observe the pathological changes.Results：Compared with group A,the percentage of eosinophils in peripheral blood in group B increased significantly（P0.05）.The percentage of eosinophils in group C was significantly lower than that in group B（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in the percentage of neutrophils and total white blood cell count among the three groups（P0.05）.In group B,inflammatory cell infiltration,alveolar block and consolidation of lung and vasodilation in bronchial wall were observed,and the alveolar septa widened,while the inflammatory cell infiltration was reduced and alveolar septa were not widened in group C.Significant pathological changes were not observed in group A.Conclusion：Qinshixunjing patch could obviously relieve inflammatory reaction in lung tissues and bronchus,and reduce the percentage of eosinophils in peripheral blood of asthmatic guinea pigs.
