提拉复位系统治疗腰椎滑脱症

目的评价运用脊椎前移提拉复位系统(Spondylolisthesis reduction system,SRS)治疗峡部不连性腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法临床共治疗42例腰椎峡部不连性滑脱症,按症状改善,骨性融合,内固定材料牢固情况进行疗效评价。结果42例患者获得1～5年(平均29个月)随访,优31例,良9例,可2例。无症状加重患者,无内固定松动断裂发生。结论SRS治疗峡部不连性腰椎滑脱症,能达到很好的复位及牢固的固定。手术操作简便,效果满意。

SRS pedicle screw system for treating lumbar spondylolisthesis

Objective To assess the effects of SRS elevating-pull reduction system in surgical treat-ment of lumbar spinal spondylolisthesis associated with isthmic spondylolysis.Methods 42 patients with lumbar spinal spondylolisthesis associated with isthmic spondylolysis were subjected to the therapy and their effects were evaluated in symptom improvement,intervertebral bone graft fusion,internal fixation.Results The patients were followed-up for 1 to 5years(averaged 29 months)in 42 patients.According to NaKai rating criterion,excellent results were in 31 patients,good in 9,fair in 2.No patient showed worse.No internal fixation breakage was found.Conclusion SRS internal fixation system is the key of treatment.Complete reduction and firm internal fixation can improve the symptoms of patients,and has such advantages as simple manipulation and excellent outcome.
