| 摘 要： | 上肢深静脉血栓(UEDVT)是指血液在上肢深静脉内不正常凝结引起的静脉回流障碍性疾病,UEDVT发生率呈现逐渐上升的趋势。但是,UEDVT的临床研究有限,最佳治疗方法尚无共识。目前,UEDVT的治疗方法主要来自下肢深静脉血栓的治疗证据。本文对近年来UEDVT的药物治疗进行综述,旨在为临床药物治疗选择提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Upper extremity deep vein thrombosis (UEDVT) is defined as a venous reflux disorder caused by abnormal blood clotting in the deep venous system. The incidence of UEDVT is gradually increasing. However, clinical research on UEDVT is limited, and there is no consensus on the optimal treatment strategies. Nowadays, treatment of UEDVT is derived largely from evidence for treatment of lower extremity DVT. In this paper, the drug treatment of UEDVT in recent years is introduced, which will provide a reference for clinical drug treatment selection. |
