摘    要:目的确定太子参中总氨基酸的提取工艺条件。方法采用正交试验法,以总氨基酸含量和薄层色谱结果为考察指标,对超声提取太子参氨基酸的条件进行优选。结果所考察的因素中,氨基酸的提取工艺影响程度为:乙醇浓度>提取次数>乙醇用量>提取时间。结论超声提取的最佳条件为:A1B3C3D3,优化的工艺条件稳定可行。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the ultrasonic extraction condition for amino acid from Radix Pseundostellariae.METHODS The extraction rate of amino acid optimized condition(ethanol concentration,solvent quantity,extraction times and ultrasonic time) was determined by orthogonal design.UV-Spectrophotometry and Thin Layer chromatography were used for the determination.RESULTS The order of factors to affect the amino acid extraction was ethanol concentration>extraction times>solvent quantity>ultrasonic time.The optimum ultrasonic extraction condition were:A_1B_3C_3D_3.CONCLUSION The ultrasonic extraction condition were available.
