摘 要: | 目的探讨中西医结合防治优化方案在糖尿病肾病肾功能不全患者治疗中的多中心研究。方法选取糖尿病肾病肾功能不全患者150例,均自2015年1月抽自我市10家医院,依据血肌酐值按代偿期和失代偿期两层划分,应用SAS随机分配表,按10个研究中心,分为A、B、C组。结果证候疗效评估,总有效率A组为86%,B组为50%,C组为90%,A、C组与B组比较,有明显统计学差异(P0.05)。三组治疗前证候积分无明显差异(P0.05),疗后均有下降,但A、C组下降幅度显著高于B组,有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论针对糖尿病肾病肾功能不全的患者,应用中西医结合防治优化方案治疗,经多中心研究,相较单纯西医药,效果较为显著,对保障患者生存质量,促使中医药更全面发展意义重大。

Multi Center Control Study on Prevention and Treatment of Renal Dysfunction in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy |

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the multi-center study of integrated optimization prevention of renal dysfunction in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 150 cases of renal dysfunction in patients with diabetic nephropathy were evacuated from January 2015 in 10 hospitals, according to creatinine values of decompensated stage serum and non-compensated, they were randomly divided group A, group B and group C using SAS application form and 10 research centers. Results The total effective rate of syndromes assessment of group A, group B and group C was 86%, 50% and 90%, respectively, comparing group C and group A with group B, and there was significant difference (P<0. 05). The syndrome score of the three groups before treatment was no significant difference (P>0. 05), and it decreased after treatment. But the group A and group C decreased significantly than group B, and there was significant difference ( P <0. 05 ) . Conclusion The integrated optimization prevention on renal dysfunction in patients with diabetic nephropathy has significant effect by multi-center study comparing with Western medicine. It is of great significance to ensure the quality of life of patients, and promotes the more comprehensive development of traditional Chinese Medicine. |
