地黄饮子治疗中风后失语临床观察

目的观察地黄饮子治疗中风后失语临床疗效。方法将2013年1月—2015年1月在我院门诊或住院治疗的86例中风后失语患者随机分为对照组(43例)和治疗组(43例)。对照组口服抗血小板聚集、调脂降脂及相应对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用地黄饮子加减汤剂,治疗2月后进行疗效统计分析。结果总有效率方面,对照组为51.16%,治疗组为72.09%,两者比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论地黄饮子治疗中风后失语,能显著提高有效率,无毒副作用,可增强机体免疫力,值得临床推广及进一步研究。

Clinical Observation on Dihuang Yinzi in the Treatment of Post-stroke Aphasia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dihuang Yinzi in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia. Methods 86 cases of patients with post-stroke aphasia in outpatient or in-patient treated from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group ( n=43 ) and treatment group ( n =43 ) . The control group was treated with anti-platelet aggregation, lipid-lowering and appropriate symptomatic treatment. The treatment group was added Dihuang Yinzi decoction on the basis of the control group. Statistical analysis on therapeutic effect was carried out after 2 months. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 51. 16%, while the total effective rate of the treatment group was 72. 09%, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion Dihuang Yinzi decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, enhance the body immunity, and without side effects, which is worthy of promotion and further research.
