四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀的中医护理效果观察

目的观察中医护理治疗四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀的疗效。方法将患者随机分成两组,对照组按常规进行药物治疗和护理,中医组在对照组的基础上给予机械性护理、中药涂擦、中药熏洗、功能锻炼等中医护理措施,对比两组患者肢体消肿效果。结果两组患者的肢体肿胀程度进行对比,中医组消肿时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论有效的中医护理措施能明显消除骨折术后肢体肿胀,促进伤口修复,防止并发症的发生。

Observation on the Effect of TCM Nursing in Limb Swelling after Extremity Fracture Surgery

Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) nursing in the treatment of limb swelling after extremity fracture surgery. Method Patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated conventional drug treatment and care. On the basis of the control group, the experiment group used other traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures, such as mechanical nursing, TCM inunction, TCM fumigation, functional training, etc. The limb detumescent effects of patients within these two groups were compared. Result Comparing the limb detumescence degrees of two groups, we found that the experiment group required less detumescent time, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0. 05 ) . Conclusion The effective TCM nursing intervention can significantly eliminate limb swelling after fracture surgery, promote wound healing, and prevent complications.
