后路显微内镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果观察

目的探讨后路显微内镜手术对腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗效果。方法对于2009年10月至2011年10月在本院进行治疗的56例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用后路显微内镜手术治疗,观察患者的临床症状。结果 56例患者在治疗后7天内可以下床进行活动,平均时间为3.2天;平均住院时间为6.2天;患者手术治疗中的平均出血量为45mL;手术时间平均为48min;按照Nakano标准对手术治疗效果进行评价,优良率为92.1%。结论采用后路显微内镜手术对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行治疗其临床效果较好,安全性高。

Clinical Effect of Posterior Discectomy Surgical Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation
