| 摘 要： | 目的探讨依达拉奉在在急性脑梗死静脉rt-PA溶栓后疗效。方法选择我院102例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均行静脉rt-PA溶栓治疗。观察组患者同时给予依达拉奉治疗。检测两组患者治疗前后血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及血清丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果观察组治疗后NIHSS评分与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后SOD、MDA与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉能够显著改善急性脑梗死静脉rt-PA溶栓后再灌注损伤,临床效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of edaravone on acute cerebral infarction after intravenous thrombolysis with rt-PA. Methods 102 cases with acute cerebral infarction were selected, and divided into observation group and control group. Intravenous thrombolysis with rt-PA was used two groups. On the base of intravenous thrombolysis, edaravone was given to observation group. SOD and MDA were detected before and after treatment. Results The scores of NIHSS in observation group after treatment compared with those in control group, there was statistical difference （P〈0.05） ; SOD and MDA in observation group after treatment compared with those in control group, there was statistical difference （P〈0.05） . Conclusions Edaravone can improve the reperfusion damage after intravenous thrombolysis with rt-PA in the patients with acute cerebral infarction, the clinical efficacy is significant. |
