| 摘 要： | 《妇人规》为《景岳全书》之妇产科专章,重视温补,强调滋阴,月经病辨证论治以脾肾为中心,尤重冲任、脾胃、阴血。治疗多用健脾补肾之法,以补肾为要,对月经失调、崩漏、经行腹痛、热入血室等作详细阐述,切合临床,有极大的指导意义。 |

| Abstract: | Discourse on women of complete works of Zhang Jingyue is an exclusive chapter on gynaecology and obstetrics with an emphasis on warm reinforcing and Yin-tonifying. Emphasis was laid on syndrome differentiation with spleen and kidney as the centre as well as Chong-Ren,spleen,stomach,and blood. Spleen-strengthening and kidney-tonifying are important treating methods. Menstrual disorders, metrorrhagia, dysmenorrhea and invasion of heat into blood chamber are elaborated.All these are of great values for clinic. |
