| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨外伤性肾盂或肾盂输尿管连接处破裂诊治.方法 回顾性分析11例外伤性肾盂或肾盂输尿管连接处破裂患者的临床诊治资料,其中,肾盂破裂7例,肾盂输尿管连接处破裂或离断4例.结果 仅4例(36.4%)患者入院时即得到正确诊断,治疗方式为输尿管双J管引流、肾盂输尿管成形术、肾切除术等.结论 外伤性肾盂或肾盂输尿管连接处破裂易于误诊,治疗中需行CT增强扫描复查,保守治疗可采用输尿管内置双J管引流.
