| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨P30 0 电位在评价海洛因依赖者的认知功能方面的作用及其临床价值。方法 :对 2 8例海洛因依赖者和 3 0例健康者进行了P30 0 测定和智商测定 ,并将两组结果进行了比较。结果 :海洛因依赖者的P30 0 电位中的N2、P3潜伏期延长 ,P3波幅降低 ,与对照组存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,韦氏智力量表中领悟、算术和数字广度等分量表得分海洛因依赖者显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :P30 0 电位能及早反应海洛因依赖者的认知状况 ,对其临床治疗的疗效判定有较高的价值

| Abstract: | Objective :To explore the clinical value of P 300 potentials in appraising cognition function of heroin addicts. Methods :28 heroin addicts and 30 normal subjects as control were determined respectively with P 300 potential and Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale(WAIS). Results : Compared with the control, the latency of N2 and P3 was longer; the amplitude of P3 was lower, showing significant difference ( P <0.05).The scores of subscale on apprehension, arithmetic and width in WAIS were significantly lower too( P <0.05). Conclusion : P 300 potentials can reflect the cognition function of heroin addicts earlier, which has remarkable value in evaluating the effect of treatment for heroin addicts. |
