| 摘 要： | 目的：教学中设置营养与膳食健康教育活动,培养护生应用学科知识进行健康教育的职业能力。方法：实验班同学制作“学生营养与膳食健康教育”资料,对一年级同学进行健康教育。结果：健康教育对象健康教育后的考试成绩高于健康教育前。结论：营养与膳食健康教育活动教学设计贴近生活需要,构建了有意义的学习,培养了护生应用学科知识进行健康教育的职业能力。

| Abstract: | Objective: To develop the nursing -majored students' professional ability of applying their knowledge to health education, we set health education activities on nutrition and diet in teaching. Methods: The students in experimental classes prepare materials about Health Education on Students' Nutrition and Diet, and conduct it in the Grade 1 students.
