| 摘 要： | 目的考察盐酸布替萘芬乳膏治疗指(趾)甲真菌病的疗效。方法选用羊蹄板模拟人指(趾)甲进行实验,采用3种实验方式:先染菌后给药、给药和染菌同时进行以及先给药后染菌。3种方式中,第1种方式最接近模拟甲真菌病治疗。考察不同浓度(1%,2%,3%)盐酸布替萘芬乳膏和5%阿莫罗芬搽剂(罗每乐)抑制甲真菌的活性。结果2%,3%盐酸布替萘芬乳膏、5%阿莫罗芬搽剂均能有效抑制甲真菌生长。结论2%盐酸布替萘芬乳膏可用于甲真菌的治疗。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacodynamic effect of butenafine hydrechloride cream in the treatment of onychomycosis in vitro. METHODS Sheep hoof plates, simulating human nails were processed by pre-treatment, simultaneous treatment and post-treatment, respectively. Among these, the post-treatment method was the best to simulate onychomycesis treatment, butenafine hydrochloride with different concentrations(1%, 2%, 3%) and 5% amonofen were tested to assess the efficiency. RESULTS Butenafine hydrochloride 2%, 3% and Amonofen 5% appeared high antifungal efficiency. CONCLUSION Butenafine 2% hydrochloride showed the potential value in the treatment of onychomycosis. |
