百乐眠胶囊治疗帕金森病睡眠障碍的临床效果分析

目的:探究百乐眠胶囊治疗帕金森病睡眠障碍的治疗效果影响。方法:选取2015年8月至2018年8月福建中医药大学附属康复医院收治的帕金森病睡眠障碍患者40例作为研究对象,按照住院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组20例,其中对照组的患者仅用抗帕金森药物进行治疗,观察组的患者用抗帕金森药物治疗的基础上联合百乐眠治疗,2组患者经过2个月治疗后,对治疗前后的效果进行评估。结果:2组患者治疗前各项指标无统计学差异(P> 0. 05),2组患者经过2个月的治疗,观察组的睡眠质量优于对照组,所有数据组间比较,差异有统计意义(P <0. 05)。结论:在临床治疗帕金森病失眠患者时,在使用抗帕金森药物的基础上加用百乐眠进行治疗,能够使患者失眠得到明显改善,安全可靠,值得临床推广和应用。

Clinical Effect Analysis of Bailemian Capsule in the Treatment of Sleep Disorder in Parkinson's Disease

Objective:To explore the effect of bailemian capsule on the treatment of sleep disorder in Parkinson's disease.Methods:A total of 40 cases between August 2015 and August 2018 affiliated rehabilitation hospital of fujian medical university with sleep disorder Parkinson's disease were randamly order divided into observation group and control group according to randam table method,20 cases in each group,the control group of patients with Parkinson's drug resistance to treatment,observation group of patients with Parkinson's disease resistance joint drug therapy on the basis of the best sleep therapy,after 2 months after treatment,to evaluate the effect of before and after treatment.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in each index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of insomnia patients with Parkinson's disease,on the basis of the use of anti-parkinson's drugs in addition to the treatment with paraquat,patients with insomnia can be significantly improved,safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
