益气健脾汤联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

目的:观察益气健脾汤联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效及其对炎性指标水平的影响。方法:选取慢性萎缩性胃炎患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为2组各40例。对照组给予单纯西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上联合益气健脾汤治疗。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分及炎性指标水平。结果:治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组治疗后各炎性指标CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗总有效率观察组95.00%,对照组77.50%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气健脾汤联合西药在治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎中可获得较好的临床效果,临床症状显著改善,各炎性指标水平均得到明显降低。

Clinical Study on Yiqi Jianpi Tang Combined with Western Medicine for Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Jianpi tang combined with western medicine for chronic atrophic gastritis and its effect on the levels of inflammatory indexes.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine alone,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yiqi Jianpi tang based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores and the levels of inflammatory indexes before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of all inflammatory indexes including CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were all decreased when compared with those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was 95.00%in the observation group and 77.50%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Yiqi Jianpi tang combined with western medicine can achieve better clinical effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and significantly decrease the levels of all inflammatory indexes.
