火针配合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风临床研究

目的:观察火针配合窄谱中波紫外线(NBUVB)治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法:纳入120例稳定期白癜风患者,采用随机自身对照方法将靶皮损分为观察组和对照组,2组各178片皮损。对照组采用NBUVB治疗,每周3次。观察组在NBUVB治疗基础上采用火针治疗,每2周治疗1次。2组疗程均为12周,治疗结束后随访12周。治疗前、治疗后每2周对每个皮损进行拍照,并测量皮损面积以评估复色情况,记录起效时间和计算复色率。比较2组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组复色率73.60%,高于对照组的57.87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的起效时间早于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:采用火针联合NBUVB治疗稳定期白癜风的疗效优于单纯使用NBUVB,不仅提高了患者的复色率,而且起效时间加快,临床疗效显著。

Clinical Study on Fire Needle Combined with Narrow-band UVB for Vitiligo

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fire needle combined with narrow-band UVB(NBUVB)for stable vitiligo.Methods:A total of 120 patients with vitiligo were divided into the observation group and the control group according to target lesions by the randomized controlled method,178 lesions in each group.The control group was treated with NBUVB three times a week;the observation group was additionally treated with fire needle based on the treatment of NBUVB once every two weeks.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks,and were followed up 12 weeks after the end of treatment.Before and after treatment,the lesions were photographed one by one every two weeks,and the area of lesions was measured to evaluate the situation of color-restoring;the onset time was recorded and the color-restoring rate was calculated;the clinical effect in the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).The color-restoring rate was 73.60%in the observation group,higher than that in the control group(57.87%),the difference being significant(P<0.01).The onset time in the observation group was faster than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapy of fire needle combined with NBUVB has more significant therapeutic effect than NBUVB alone in treating stable vitiligo,which can improve the color-restoring rate of patients with a faster onset time and accurate effect.
