优质护理在无创正压机械通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的应用效果观察

目的:研究优质护理运用于无创正压机械通气治疗的新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)患儿的效果。方法:选取2015年12月至2019年1月滨州市第二人民医院儿一科收治的运用无创正压机械通气治疗的NRDS患儿74例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组患儿采用常规护理,观察组患儿在此基础之上采用优质护理,观察比较2组的临床效果。结果:观察组患儿在护理后其无创通气时间、住院时间都优于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:对于运用无创正压机械通气治疗的NRDS患儿来说,在运用优质护理后,临床效果更好,可推广应用。

Effect of Noninvasive Positive Pressure Mechanical Ventilation on Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome Combined with Quality Nursing Care and Sleep Quality Analysis

Objective:To study the effect of high-quality nursing on neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS)children treated with non-invasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation. Methods:A total of 37 children with NRDS treated with noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation in Binzhou second people′s Hospital from December2015 to January2019 were selected as control group,and another 37 children with NRDS treated with noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation on this basis were selected as observation group,and the results were observed and compared. Results:The duration of noninvasive ventilation and hospital stay in observation group were better than those in control group( P <0.05). Conclusion:For the children with NRDS treated with non-invasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation ,excellent nursing results can be obtained after the application of high-quality nursing care on the premise of guaranteeing the final treatment effect,which can be promoted.
