优质护理在心内科的临床应用及对患者睡眠质量的影响

目的:研究优质护理在心内科的临床应用及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月泉州医高专附属人民医院收治的的心内科患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机方法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采取优质护理。比较2组满意评分、睡眠质量评分、心理状态水平、症状改善的时间、住院时间、并发症的发生率,采用SPSS 15. 0软件中t检验、χ2检验进行计量、计数数据处理。结果:观察组满意评分、睡眠质量评分、心理状态水平、症状改善的时间、住院时间、并发症的发生率相比对照组有显著优势,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:心内科患者实施优质护理效果确切,患者睡眠质量明显改善。

Clinical Application of High Quality Nursing in Cardiology Department and its Influence on Sleep Quality of Patients

Objective: To study the clinical application of high-quality nursing in department of cardiology and its influence on patients′ sleep quality. Methods: A total of 80 cases of cardiology patients in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given high-quality nursing.The satisfaction score,sleep quality score,psychological state level,time of symptom improvement,length of hospital stay and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.The test and chi-square test in SPSS 15.0 software were used for measurement and counting data processing. Results: Satisfaction score,sleep quality score,mental state level,duration of symptom improvement,length of hospital stay,and incidence of complications in the observation group had significant advantages over the control group,with statistically significant differences( P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of quality nursing in patients of cardiology department is definite,and the sleep quality of patients is improved obviously.
