阿莫西林分散片含量测定方法的探讨

摘    要:
目的 考察不同样品溶解方法对阿莫西林含量测定结果的影响。方法 分别用水和磷酸盐缓冲液作为溶剂,超声和振摇不同时间。结果 超声溶解明显比振摇溶解效果好。样品在磷酸盐缓冲液(pH5 0)中的溶解性比在水中好,但在 15min以后,两种溶剂的溶解性并无明显差别。结论 采用水作溶剂,对样品超声处理 2 5min,可以达到比较理想的溶解效果。

Abstract:
Objective Research on the determination results of Amoxicillin by different dissolution methods. Methods Water and phosphate buffer were used as dissolvent, and dissolved by ultrasound or shaking for different times. Results Ultrasound was obviously better than shaking. The samples were easilier dissolved in phosphate buffer (pH 5.0) than water, but there was not obviously difference between water and phosphate buffer 15min after dissolution. Conclusion If the sample was dissolved in water with 25min of ultrasound, the solution was suitable for determination.
