| 摘 要： | 骨关节炎是一种最常见的骨关节疾病,主要表现为关节疼痛和不同程度的功能障碍.目前对骨关节炎治疗仍侧重于缓解症状,保存或改善关节功能.虽然治疗骨关节炎的方法较多,但仍不能改变其发病进程.因而许多学者试图研究、探索改变骨关节炎疾病进程的药物或改善关节结构的药物,以更有利于骨关节炎的治疗.
