可溶性糖基化终产物受体与无糖尿病冠心病的相关性研究

摘    要:目的研究可溶性糖基化终产物受体(soluble advanced glycatioil end products receptor,sRAGE)与不同类型无糖尿病冠心病以及冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法实验组患者58例,按临床表现和冠脉造影结果分亚组为稳定性心绞痛组、不稳定性心绞痛组、急性心肌梗死组、陈旧性心肌梗死组、单支病变组、双支病变组、多支病变组。22例健康查体的随机个体作为对照组。分别检测血清sRAGE,做心脏Doppler。结果实验组sRAGE浓度明显低于对照组(P〈0.01);有高血压病的实验组血浆sRAGE浓度比无高血压病患者明显减低(P〈O.05).血浆sRAGE浓度与EF值的相关系数为0.274(P〈0.05),有显著相关性。结论sRAGE在冠心病的发生发展过程中发挥着重要的保护性作用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the correlation between the plasma level of soluble receptor for advanced glycation end products ic patients. Methods ( sRAGE ) and the extent and severity of angiographic coronary artery disease ( CAD ) in nondiabet- Fifty-eight nondiabetic patients with CAD were divided into stable angina pectoris( SAP) , unstable angina pectoris ( UAP ), acute myocardial infarction ( AMI ) and old myocardial infarction ( OMI ) groups according to their clinical symptoms and auxiliary examinations result. They were also grouped into level Ⅰ, Ⅱand Ⅲcoronary artery diseases according to selective coronary arteriography( SCAG). Twenty-two healthy individuals were chosen as the control group. The plasma concentration of sRAGE was measured. Results The plasma concentration of sRAGE was significantly lower(P 〈 0.01) in CAD patients than that of in the control group(P 〈 0.05). The correlation between plasma level of sRAGE and ejection fraction or hypertension in CAD is significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The low plasma level of sRAGE was independently associated with the presence of CAD in nondiabetic patients. These results suggest that sRAGE is one of the clinically important molecules associated with atheroselerosis.
