鱼肝油酸钠—碘化油乳化剂动脉栓塞术治疗肾癌病理研究

目的：探讨鱼肝油酸钠－碘化油乳化剂肾动脉栓塞术治疗肾癌手术切除后病理对照研究。方法：搜集21例肾癌，以2：5鱼肝油酸钠与碘化油10－20ml，行肾动脉选择栓塞，12例接受Ⅱ期手术切除。结果：所有病例全部行动脉栓塞术治疗，而对12例手术标本进行病理研究，4例肿瘤细胞完全坏死，范围达90％以上，肾小球萎缩，8例肿瘤坏死区内见鱼肝油酸钠及碘油沉积后形成胆固醇样结晶。结论：鱼肝油酸钠与碘油乳化剂栓塞治疗肾癌，可造成肿瘤细胞坏死，同时可导致肿瘤包膜增厚，被结缔组织代替，从而限制了肿瘤发展及扩散。有利于外科切除，提高患者术后生存率。

A Pathology Study of the Treatment of Carcinoma of Kidney through Morrhuate Sodium-Iodinated Oil Arterial Embolism

Objective To study the postop pathological change of the carcinoma of kidney after the morrhuate sodium iodinated oil arterial embolism treatment. Methods 21 carcinoma of kidney patients accepted kidney artery embolism with 10 20ml morrhuate sodium and iodinated oil that had been mixed in 2:5 ratio.12 patients among all patients accepted II stage operation. Results All the patients accepted the artery embolism treatment. We studied the pathological specimen of 12 patients who accepted operations after artery embolism treatment. Carcinoma cells were whole necrotic in 4 patients, the necrotic range were more than over 90%.The renal corpuscles were atrophied. The crystals of morrhuate sodium and modinated oil could be seen at carcinoma necrotic area in 8 patients. Conclusion The method of treatment of renal carcinoma through the morrhuate sodium iodinated oil arterial embolism could lead to the mass envelopes thickening and metastasizing, and was beneficial for operation, and raised the postoperatetive survival rate.
