| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨双歧杆菌减少对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响.方法:抗生素脱污染造成肠道双歧杆菌数量减少,溶血空斑实验测定抗体生成细胞的数量并测量的重量.结果:实验组小鼠肠道内双歧杆菌数量明显低于对照组(P<0.01);脾细胞悬液的溶血空斑细胞数量及脾脏的重量均较对照组明显减少(P<0.01);双歧杆菌数量与溶血空斑细胞数和脾脏重量呈显著正相关.结论:双歧杆菌减少可降低机体体液免疫功能,双歧杆菌对机体体液免疫功能的调节发挥着重要的作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the influence of Bifidobacterium on murine humoral immune function.Methods:Bifidobacterium is decreased by antibiotics.Results:1.In the test group,the number of Bifidobacterium is obviously smaller than that in contrast group (P<0.01).2.The number of PFC cell,the weight of the spleen in the test group have obviously decreased when compared with that in the control group (P<0.01).3.Analysis of the correlations shows that there are marked positive correlations between Bifidobacteria and each immune index.Conclusion:The results suggest that the smaller number of Bifidobacteria may decrease the humoral immune function. |
