| 摘 要： | 目的：评价3种头孢菌素方案治疗胆道感染的成本-效果分析,为临床用药提供参考。方法：将86例胆道感染患者随机分为3组,分别应用头孢米诺＋替硝唑（A）、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦钠＋替硝唑（B）、头孢唑肟＋替硝唑（C）,观察疗效并进行成本-效果分析。结果：3组方案成本分别为3 719.84、2 249.30、3 817.37,有效率分别为86.21%、85.18%、86.67%。结论：B组方案为较佳方案。
