| 摘 要： | 目的:采用多种手术方式联合治疗严重膝骨关节病.方法:68例(80膝)严重膝骨关节病采用膝关节腔清理术、硬化骨切除钻孔减压术或开窗术、胫骨高位截骨术、胫骨结节前移术等多种术式组合的方法进行治疗.其中55例(62膝)获得平均5年1个月的随诊,对其疗效进行评价.结果:优40膝,占64.5%,良16膝,占25.9%,可6膝,占9.6%,无差级,优良率达90.4%.结论:多种术式的联合应用治疗严重膝骨关节病具有缓解疼痛,提高步行能力及恢复关节活动度的良好效果. |

| Abstract: | Objective: Several surgical methods were applied to treat the severly retrograde affection of the knee joint.Methods:68 cases of severly retrograde affection of the knee joint were treated with arthoxesis,resection and boring decompression or fenestration of sclerosed bone,high tibia osteotomy,tibial nod antedisplacement.55 cases(62 joints) were followed up 5 years and 1 month averagely.Results: The excellent rate was 64.5% with 40 joints,the good rate was 25.9% with 16 joints,the fair rate was 9.6% with 6 joints,and no poor joint.The excellent and good rate was 90.4%.Conclusion: Combined application of several surgical methods can help relieve pain,improve walking ability,and regain activity of knee joint. |
