| 摘 要： | 目的 调查分析地震救援部队官兵皮肤病的发病特点,观察自制外用药物的疗效.方法 对驻水磨镇的1538名地震救援部队官兵进行皮肤病流行病学调查.根据发病特点,分别给予经针对性配制的专科外用药"水磨I号"和"水磨Ⅱ号"治疗,每日6次;每3天回访统计1次,观察评定疗效.结果 1538名救援官兵中确诊各种皮肤病患者612名(39.79%),其中虫咬皮炎为第一高发病例(231例,37.75%).经自制外用药物"水磨I号"或"水磨Ⅱ号"治疗后,虫咬皮炎治疗3 d的有效率为84.85%.6 d的有效率为93.94%.结论 地震救援部队官兵皮肤病发病率明显增高.自制外用药物在特殊条件下对常见皮肤病的疗效显著. |
