| 摘 要： | 目的 调查牙酸蚀症患者对胃食管反流病(GERD)相关知识的了解状况.方法 使用自行设计的调查问卷,采用随机抽样方法,对门诊148例牙酸蚀症患者进行GERD相关知识和症状调查.结果 34.5％牙酸蚀症患者存在GERD症状,仅有9.5％患者知晓GERD是牙酸蚀症的病因,对GERD危险因素知晓率均低于50％.结论 牙酸蚀症患者对GERD相关知识了解较少,应对其进行GERD相关知识的教育,以改善其预后.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate condition of comprehending knowledge of gastro-esophageal reflux disease(GERD) in patients with dental erosion.Methods Using a random cluster sampling,148 outpatients with dental erosion were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire about the relative knowledge and symptoms of GERD.Results There were 34.5 percent of dental erosion patients with the symptoms of GERD,but 9.5 percent of patients knew that GERD is one of the causes of the disease.The realizing rate of GERD risk among the patients with dental erosion were all less than 50%.Conclusion The patients with dental erosion knew too little about relative knowledge of GERD,and should be educated to improve the prognosis. |
