| 摘 要： | 目的：建立人乳腺癌裸鼠移植模型，为RNA干扰介导基因治疗的体内研究打下基础。方法：采用雌激素受体阳性的MCF-7人乳腺癌细胞株，接种于20只裸小鼠右侧胸壁乳垫下，移植细胞总数为1×10^6／只。观察肿块生长情况，至30天牺牲荷瘤鼠，切除肿块作病理切片。结果：接种后第10天在接种部位可见结节，肿瘤移植成功率（成瘤率）为95％（19／20）。切除肿块病理学检查为浸润性导管癌。结论：该方法建立的人乳腺癌裸鼠移植模型，成功率高，肿瘤符合人乳腺癌特性，为研究人乳腺癌提供了重要工具。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a proper model of human breast cancer in nude mice,which paves the way for RNAi-mediated gene therapy in vivo. Methods： MCF-7 cells （ER＋） were implanted into the right breast pads of 20 nude mice （1×10^6 cells per mouse）. Tumour growth was observed , and the tumour-bearing mice were killed on 30th day. The tumour masses were removed, and pathologically examined by themicroscope. Results：The tumour tubercles could be seen on the 10th day , and the turnout-take rate was 95 % （19/20） . All of the specimens were infitrating ductal carcinoma. Conclusions：We succeeded in establishing human breast cancer model in nude mice, which reserved certain biological features of human breast cancer, therefore it may be an available model for further research of this cancer. |
