阿奇霉素对体外弓形虫作用的实验研究

目的：了解阿奇霉素体外抗弓形虫的作用效果。方法：在细胞培养板里,将小鼠肾细胞作为弓形虫速殖子的滋养细胞,加入不同药物浓度的阿奇霉素(实验组)和乙酰螺旋霉素(阳性对照组),用细胞计数和染色方法测定药物对弓形虫的抑制和杀灭作用。结果：药物作用72h后,当阿奇霉素浓度为0．625mg/L时,相对抑制率为13．12％,虫体死亡率为10．61％,乙酰螺旋霉素浓度为3．125mg/L时,相对抑制率和虫体死亡率分别为3．14％和0．85％。两种药物的浓度与作用效果均成正相关。结论：阿奇霉素对体外弓形虫具有抑制和杀灭作用,在常量药物浓度下,阿奇霉素对弓形虫的杀灭作用比乙酰螺旋霉素明显。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF AZITHROMYCIN AGAINST TOXOPLA-SMA GONDII IN VITRO

Objective:To explore the activities of Azithromycin against the tachyzoite of Toxoplasma gondii in vitro Methods:In cell culture plate, the cell of mice kidney was used as breed cell for Toxoplasma,and then the different concentration of Azithromycin and Acetylspiramycin were added,and the activities of the drug against the Toxoplasma were assayed by the cell counting and staining.After 72 hour incubation, when the concentration of Azithromycin was 0.625 mg/L, the contrary inhibition rate was 13.12%, the mortality rate of the worm was 10 61%,while the inhibition rate and mortality rate of the Acetylspiramycin was 3.41% and 0.85 at the concentration of 3 125 mg/L. The relationship of drug concentration between effect are positive .Conclusion:The Azithromycin could inhibit multiplition of T.gondii, at the common dosage, and the Toxoplasmacidal effect of Azithromycin was proved supperior to that of Acetylspiramycin.
