多层螺旋CT对肾上腺转移瘤的诊断

目的：探讨肾上腺转移瘤的CT特征及CT在肾上腺转移瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法：对52例病人作CT扫描,其中47例作增强扫描。结果：单侧肾上腺肿块38例（73%）,双侧22例（27%）。肿块直径范围1.5 cm~12 cm,分别呈圆形、卵圆形和分叶状不规则形。密度为实性、囊性或囊实性,增强后实性肿块及囊壁有强化。结论：CT是发现肾上腺肿瘤可靠、有效的检查方法。肾上腺转移瘤的诊断是综合性的,包括原发癌史、恶性征等。肾上腺肿块的恶性征为肿块直径〉5.0 cm,常呈分叶或不规则外形,密度不均。

Multi-slice Spiral CT Diagnosis of Adrenal Metastasis Tumor

Objective：To discuss the characteristics of CT and ist value in diagnosis of adrenal metastasis tumor.Methods：52 patients were detected with CT scan and among them 47 cases were performed enhanced CT scan.Results：The unilateral tumor were 38/60 and bilateral tumor were 22/60 cases with diameter ranged from 1.5~12 cm in round,oval,lobular and irregular in shape.The tumor density was parenchyma or cystic and both of the parenchyma and wall of cyst were enhanced after detection.Conclusions：CT maght be a aeliable and effective method to detect the adrenal metastasis tumor The diagnosis of this tumor is complicated with primary fumor history and malignant signs.The malignant sign shouid be the tumor is more than 5cm in diameter and lobular or irregular with un-even desity.
