白血病患儿父母焦虑及应对方式调查研究

目的 :了解白血病患儿父母的焦虑及应对方式情况 ,以更好地提供心理及行为方面的护理。方法 :采用状态 -特质焦虑量表及Jalowice的应对压力量表对 34例白血病患儿父母进行调查。结果 :白血病患儿父母状态焦虑 (SAI)均分明显高于正常人群 ,不同文化程度父母SAI均分不同 ,其母亲SAI评分与年龄成正相关关系 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在部分应对策略使用上其父母之间有差别 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,另外 ,其父母SAI评分与情感的、保守的应对方式相关性具有统计学意义

Anxiety and coping style in parents of children with leukemia

Objective: To investigate the anxiety and coping style in parents of children with leukemia. Methods: Applied the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory( STAI ) and Jalowice Copy Scale( JCS)to 34 parents of children with leukemia. Results: The results showed that the SAI scores in these parents were obviously higher than in the normal samples. The SAI scores in the parents with educational level of high school were the highest. There was the positive correlation between mothers' SAI scores and their age. There was significant difference in applying coping strategies (Prayed or put your trust in god and told yourself that you could handle anything no matter how hard). In addition, there was correlation between parents' SAI scores and coping style. Conclusion: To realize these results can help nurses to provide support to these parents.
