二种单剂量米非司酮合并使用ONO802终止早孕的随机比较性研究

本研究接纳停经５６天以内的健康早孕妇女１００例，分别服用ＲＵ４８６５０ｍｇ或２００ｍｇ，合并ＯＮＯ８０２０．５ｍｇ或１ｍｇ．随机分成Ａ、Ｂ二组（Ａ组又分１、２组，ＲＵ４８６５０ｍｇ加用ＯＮＯ８０２０．５ｍｇ或１ｍｇ；Ｂ组也分为二组，为３、４组，ＲＵ４８６２００ｍｇ加用ＯＮＯ８０２０．５ｍｇ或１ｍｇ）观察完全流产率、出血量与出血持续时间，以探索最安全、有效的抗早孕药物。结果显示：Ａ组完全流产率８０．０％，Ｂ组完全流产率９６．０％，服用ＲＵ４８６后阴道开始流血时间及胚囊排出时间，流产后阴道出血持续时间及转经天数二组间无明显差异。

A Randomized Study Comparing Two Single Doses of Mifepristone in Combination with ONO 802 for Termination of Early Pregnancy

cases of healthy pregnant women with amenorrhea,less than. 56 days had been recruited for clinical trial for termination of early pregnancy.Women received a single oral dose of RU486 50mg or 200 mg plus ONO 802 0.5 mg or 1.0 mg intravaginally 48 hours later. They were allo cated randomly into 4 groups RU486 50 mg plus ONO 802 0.5 mg,RU486 50 mg plus ONO 802 1.0 mg,RU486 200 mg plus ONO 82 0.5 mg and RU486 200 mg plus ONO 802 1.0 mg were named as subgroups 1,2,3,4, Subgroups 1 and 2 were also known as group A,Subgroups 3 and 4 belonged to group B, The complete abortion rates were 80.0% for group A and 96.0% for group B. The interval between RU486 administration and bleeding as well as expulsion of sac,duration of pregnant vaginal bleeding,time to first menses were similar in both groups.
