RU486对人妊娠组织糖蛋白影响的研究

用组织化学方法观察了ＲＵ４８６对人妊娠组织糖蛋白含量和成份的影响。结果表明：ＲＵ４８６可使蜕膜腺细胞内酸性糖蛋白增多，蜕膜细胞内及细胞间的中性糖蛋白增多；并使绒毛间质的硫酸性糖蛋白减少，唾液酸性糖白增多，糖蛋白分布不均。提示ＲＵ４８６对妊娠组织的糖蛋白合成有影响。这些糖蛋白成份和量的变化在蜕膜和绒毛尚未出现明显形态改变时即已发生。认为这些变化可能是ＲＵ４８６引起胚胎变性、妊娠中止的机理之一。

Effect of RU486 on Glycoprotein in Pregnant Tissue

The effcts of RU486 on glycoprotein in human pregnant tissue were studied. The result showed that RU486 increased acid glycoprotein in gland cells and neutral glycoprotein in decidual cells. It also increased sialoglycoprotein and reduced sulphoglycoprotein in stroma of villi and made the glycoprotein well-distributed in the stroma uneven. This suggested that RU486 had some effect on the synthesis of glycoprotein in pregnant tissue. The changes of ingredients and amount of glycoprotein in pregnant tissue may be one of the mechanisms that result in the degeneration of embryos and the termination of pregnancy.
