| 摘 要： | 目的：研究不同浓度的微米冬凌草甲素对小鼠H22肿瘤细胞凋亡的影响。方法：以腹水瘤（H22）小鼠为对象,观察对照组和高、中、低三个浓度的微米冬凌草甲素对小鼠H22肿瘤细胞凋亡的关系。结果：小鼠H22肿瘤细胞对微米冬凌草甲素较敏感,不仅能明显延长小鼠生存期（P〈0.01）,与丝裂霉素结果相近（P〉0.05）;而且实验后小鼠体重没有明显下降,肿瘤细胞的凋亡率随浓度升高而增大。结论：不同浓度的微米冬凌草甲素能够诱导肿瘤细胞的caspase3基因表达,引起细胞的凋亡,并呈剂量依赖性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of different concentrations of Oridonin on tumor H22 apoptosis in mice.Methods:We divided ascites tumor mice into three experiment groups and control group.The three experiment groups were given different concentrations of Oridonin,and the effects of Oridonin on mouse H22 tumor cell apoptosis were observed in the experiment groups and the control group.Results:The mouse H22 tumor cell was sensitive to Oridonin and Oridonin could apparently prolong the mouse life cycle(P<0.01) ... |
