南昌地区小学生肥胖现状及其影响因素

目的了解南昌地区小学生肥胖及超重现状，探讨影响小学生肥胖的相关因素。方法以学校为单位，随机抽查南昌地区年龄为7～13岁的小学生3468名，采用体质量指数（BMI）评价肥胖及超重；通过问卷调查，对289名小学生进行影响因素的病例对照研究，采用多分类有序反应变量Logistic回归进行统计分析。结果南昌地区小学生超重率为8．7％（男生为11．3％，女生为5．6％）；肥胖率为5．2％（男生为6、3％，女生为3．9％），肥胖及超重合计检出率为13．9％（男生为17．6％，女生为9．5％）。不同性别、不同年龄的小学生肥胖或超重患病率差别有统计学意义。肥胖或超重的危险因素有男性、爱吃肥肉、常或偶尔挑食、常暴饮暴食。结论南昌地区小学生肥胖及超重率较高。儿童肥胖问题应受到重视。

The Prevalence of Obesity and Its Influencing Factors Among Primary School Students in Nanchang

Objective To study the prevalence of obesity and overweight among pupils in Nanchang,and to explore the influencing factors to pupils' obesity.Methods An across-sectional study was conducted among 3 468 pupils aged 7-13 in Nanchang.The prevalence rates of obesity and overweight were determined by using the body mass index(BMI).A case-control study was carried out among 289 pairs,and ordinal logistic regression analysis was used to study the risk factors for obesity.Results The prevalence rate of overweight was 8.7%(11.3% for male,5.6% for female);the prevalence rate of obesity was 5.2%(6.3% for male,3.9% for female) and the rate of obesity and overweight was 13.9%(17.6% for male,9.5% for female).The difference of prevalence of obesity or overweight in the pupils was significant between different sexes and ages.The risk factors to obesity and overweight were male,partiality for fatty meat, be fastidious about food,frequency of drinking and eating too much.Conclusion Obesity and overweight are common among pupils in Nanchang,more attention should be paid to childhood obesity.
