黄芪注射液对老年CHF心功能及血液流变学的影响

目的　观察黄芪注射液对老年充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)患者的心功能及血液流变学的影响 ,并探讨该药在CHF治疗中的应用价值。　 方法 　 10 2例老年CHF患者随机分为 2组 ,其中A组 5 0例在洋地黄、利尿剂和血管扩张剂治疗的基础上加用黄芪注射液静滴 ;B组 5 2例仅给洋地黄、利尿剂和血管扩张剂。 2组均连续用药 2周。用药前后进行多普勒超声心动图和血液流变学检查。　 结果　A组治疗后患者心排量、心脏指数和射血分数均明显增加 ,血液流变学各指标亦明显改善 ,与治疗前比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1或 <0 0 5 ) ,与B组比较差异亦有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。A组的临床显效率和总有效率分别为 5 2 0 %和 90 0 %;B组为 2 8 8%和 6 7 4 %,2组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗期间未见黄芪注射液不良反应。　 结论 　黄芪注射液有增强心功能和改善血液流变学作用 ,是辅助治疗老年CHF的一种有效而安全的药物。

Effects of Astragalus on cardiac function and hemorrheology in aged patients with congestive heart failure

Objective To observe the effects of Astragalus injection on cardiac function and hemorrheology in aged patients with congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods Patients with CHF (102 cases) were divided randomly into group A (50 cases) and group B (52 cases).Group A was treated with Astragalus on the basis of digitalis, diuretic and vasodilator therapy. Group B was just treated with digitalis, diuretic and vasodilator. Results The obvious effective rate and total effective rate in group A were 52% and 90%, which were higher than those in group B (28.8% and 67.4%,respectively). There was obvious difference between 2 groups (all P<0.05). At the same time, cardiac output (CO), cardiac index (CI), ejection fraction (EF) and hemorrheology could be significantly improved (P<0.01 or P<0.05) after the treatment. The improvement in group A was significant versus those in group B (all P<0.05). No side-effect was found in those treated with Astragalus. Conclusions Astragalus exerts significant effects on cardial function and hemorrheology. It is an effective and safe drug for treating CHF.
